At First Step Athletics we believe every athlete is unique and therefore every training plan should be unique, as well.
We create custom training plans for 5K, 10K, 1/2 & full marathons, sprint, olympic, and Ironman distance triathlons. If you’ve found a race, we can create a training program for it! When you sign up for a custom training plan with FSA, you will receive a 30 minute initial meeting to determine your strengths, weaknesses, and goals, unlimited e-mail communication with your coach throughout your training, and monthly meetings to discuss your struggles, successes, and any adjustments that need to be made to your training plan. - 16 Week Plan (i.e. 1/2 or full marathon, sprint, olympic triathlon) $290
- 20 Week Plan (i.e 1/2 or full marathon, olympic triathlon, 1/2 Ironman) $360
- 24 Week Plan (i.e. full marathon, 1/2 Ironman, Ironman) $450
Individuals with a current training plan may purchase a cross training class package to
supplement their training.
