Our 6 week bootcamps meet 3 times per week, both in our FSA studio and in various locations around town. Utilizing weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, cardio, and good old fashion gravity, our FSA drill seargents, ahem, we mean coaches, will push you to work harder, sweat more, and reach your fitness goals!
Note: All bootcamps are capped at 15 people. No exceptions! All bootcamps require a minimum of 5 participants. Bootcamps that do not have at least 5 people enrolled by their start date will be cancelled and a refund given to those already enrolled. Enrollment after the first week is not permitted.
