First Step Athletics helps individuals achieve fitness goals in a variety of ways. A primary aspect of our efforts is to take your fitness and apply it to your active life.
Throughout the year First Step Athletics team members participate and train for a wide variety of events. Not only are these events fun but they create a goal to work towards, something we at FSA believe is crucial for fitness success! For those interested in going to these events we help organize the trip and assist in event preparation and race advice. As avid athletic event participants ourselves we have spent years becoming knowledgeable about each of these events, allowing us to help both our participants and their supporters maximize their experience. By signing up for one of these events as a Team FSA member you will have the opportunity to train and race with with fellow FSA members and receive endless support from your FSA friends and family who will be there to cheer for you and have a great time!
